Returns & Exchanges

Well OK, send it back then….

You may return a product if it is faulty, damaged or markedly different from how it was described or shown.

In order to do so, the first thing you need to do is contact Collection of Cool to register your return and reason for return. Collection of Cool must be notified of the return within 7 days of you receiving the goods.

Your original order number should be referenced with any returns.

Swap it

Items can be exchanged if returned with proof of purchase, are unused and in their original condition.

Again, the first thing you need to do is contact Collection of Cool to register your exchange. Collection of Cool must be notified of the exchange within 7 days of you receiving the original goods.

Collection of Cool will advise bank details for the customer to EFT funds into, to cover any discrepancy in the cost plus shipping for the new items. We cannot manually process credit cards. The shipping cost for returning goods is the responsibility of the customer (you). We will dispatch exchanged (new) goods once original goods have been received by Collection of Cool.
